Payment Schedule |
| 50% of the total rental fee must be paid 15 days after the reservation has been made. All holiday rentals, including but not restricted to Christmas, school breaks, thanksgiving easter, July 4th, must be paid in full at time of reservation. All discounted rates must be paid in full at time of booking. There are no refunds on holiday rentals. Purchase of vacation insurance is suggested. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date. Any extras must be paid in advance. |

Cancellations and Refunds |
All cancellations are subject to a US$750.00 cancellation fee if the deposit has been received and the rental receipt sent. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates.
There are no cancellations during holidays, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and school breaks. This is not an inclusive list. If in doubt please inquire. All holidays must be paid in full at time of booking. |

Staff, food and beverages are not included in the rental rate and must be arranged and paid for in advance. Gratuities are not included in the rental rate. Gratuities are always appreciated.
A cook is also available for breakfast and lunch at $35 for half day or $85 for full day based on a party of 6.
A cook is optional but for the best enjoyment of Seacliff and its surroundings and location we do offer a professional staff to prepare your meals.
If you decide to hire a chef, please inform us of menu items you wish to have for the first two days of your vacation. We offer seafood , poultry and Mexican dishes. Also please make a list of the beverages and liquor you want upon you arrival. You pay the chef for the food and beverages as she presents you with the bills. All our meat is prime. ALL THE MEAT IS IMPORTED FROM THE USA. |
